What We Do
Structural Steel
Interior and exterior structural stud and joist framing, ranging from 20 gauge to 12 gauge structural.
Exterior
Fire-treated blocking, plywood sheathing, DensGlass, building wrap and insulation.
Light Demolition
Selective demolition of ACT, walls, doors and millwork.
Interior Framing
Metal studs, light gauge, insulation, vapor barrier, blocking, drywall and taping.
Drywall & Taping
Fire taping through Level 5 finish, fire caulking and drywall (1/4”, 1/2”, 5/8”, and 3/4”)
Ceilings
TURF Systems, Akupanels, Armstrong products, USG products (as well as many others), drywall soffits and ceilings.
Frames, Doors & Hardware
Installation of hollow metal knockdown, hollow metal welded, aluminum, TIMELY and window frames (excluding storefront systems).
Carpentry
Fire-treated blocking, millwork, toilet accessories, fire extinguishers, FRP, Inpro, Acrovyn, corner guards and owner-provided items.
